Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm it has been sent. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

Products and safe use

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Please follow the included instructions and exercise within your own fitness level. If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, speak to a health professional before starting a new exercise routine.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom using tracked services. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days; times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our delivery information for details.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
