Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 working days from the day you order. Every order is tracked, and you will receive an email with your tracking link once your order is on its way.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 12 working days, your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number and we will sort it out.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been sent.
