Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Lithehaus kit. If you change your mind, you can return it for a refund.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

Condition of returns

Please return the kit complete (bar sections, bands and foot loops) and in the condition you received it. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used beyond what is needed to check it.

How to return

Contact us through the contact page or at hazzy0009@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will give you the return address. You pay return postage on change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have posted it, whichever comes first), including the standard delivery charge you paid.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and your order number and we will put it right, including covering return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject a faulty item for a full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
